Returns & Exchanges

Hey, girl! Thanks for shopping small. We hope you love everything. If not, let us make it right. 

Damaged/Defective Items: Please inspect your order immediately. If you notice any damaged or defective items, contact us within 5 days of receipt. Please include a picture of the item and the damage. 

Returns: Unworn items with tags still attached can be returned within 30 days from delivery for store credit only. Once your return has been received, your store credit will automatically be processed to the email address you used to purchase the original order. *Allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. 

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Sale items
  • Any item in which you used a discount code of 25% off or higher

To return:

  1. Include your original invoice. 
  2. Reseal the packaging your item was shipped in (or repack in your own mailer/box). 
  3. If you prefer to do porch drop off, please contact us first (becky@simply-styled.com). If you prefer to return by mail please use the following address:

Shipping:

We try to ship all orders within 2-3 business days via USPS First Class Mail {2-5 business days} or Priority Mail {2-3 business days}. We will occasionally ship via UPS if the order exceeds a certain size & weight limit. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.  

Shipping is $7 flat rate. Spend $100+ and your order ships free!
