Unworn items with tags still attached can be returned within 15 days from delivery for store credit. Due to the nature of our business and how quickly our items sell out, we do do not offer refunds on original payment method. All returns will be in the form of store credit, no exceptions. Final sale items or any items in which you use a discount code of 25% off or more are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Returns can be made in-store during regular business hours or by mail. To return by mail, please include your original invoice. Reseal the packaging your item was shipped in. Mail the to our returns department at:

*Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. 

We ship all orders within 2-3 business days! We primarily ship via USPS First Class Mail {2-5 business days} or Priority Mail {2-3 business days}. We will occasionally ship via UPS if the order exceeds a certain size & weight limit. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.  

Shipping is $6.50 flat rate. Spend $100+ and your order ships free!

We offer local pickup free of charge. You can pickup at our store front 109 B Street, Cedar Creek, NE, 68016} during normal business hours. 

◽Please be sure orders are picked up within 2 weeks from order date {at the latest}.

◽Return/Exchange policy remains the same. Any returns/exchanges need to be made within 15 days from delivery or the date that the order is MARKED ready for pickup, not the day you pick it up. 
◽ Any orders not picked up within 4 weeks from being marked "ready for pickup" will be returned to the floor. You will receive a voucher for store credit.
